Interactive website for girls launched!
June 10, 2010
Congratulations to the Child Development Institute (CDI) on the successful launch of HowToChill.ca, an interactive website created to help girls deal with stress.
Developed from input from 70 girls, the website uses evidence-based research to help girls cope with difficult experiences they may face in life.
As the Honourable Laurel Broten, Minister of Child and Youth Services and the Minister responsible for Women's Issues, said at the June 8, 2010 launch, howtochill is like having a virtual girlfriend you can turn to online.
The site includes audio and video developed by the girls, as well as interactive games. Biz-Zone is proud to have contributed to this highly worthwhile project in the capacity of web designer and interactive game developer.
